Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions must be agreed upon before purchase of the chameleon. By checking the box that states you have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions.
We accept Cash, PayPal, and all major Credit Cards.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We have a live arrival guarantee. Our shipping and health guarantees are only valid if someone is home to accept the package for the overnight delivery, and the temperatures in your area are not below 30F or above 90F. All orders will be confirmed before shipping. If the package is not signed for, all guarantees are void. For holds at FedEx Facility deliveries, the package must be picked up within 4 hours from time of becoming available. All guarantees are void if package is not picked up within this time frame.
Should the unspeakable happen and the chameleon arrives deceased, please save the body by placing it in the freezer and contact us for further instruction. Any Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims must be made within 2 hour of delivery or pickup for full credit. Photo evidence is needed within 6 hours of delivery or pickup for guarantee to be valid. In the event of a DOA we will offer to replace it with the same type of animal (species and sex) of equal value, or refund the cost of the chameleon.
We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays with overnight air for Tuesday-Thursday arrivals. We will try to keep an eye on weather patterns in extreme climate conditions, but please take an initiative to inform us if you know inclement weather in is your area. We will work with you to get a delivery that will fit your schedule. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the animal is logged in the system for your convenience.
Our Chameleons are shipped FedEx Next Day Air, overnight service. Insurance for your package is included. Most areas have an arrival time by 10:30am. We can place a hold on your chameleon at your local FedEx for you to pick up if so desired. Any packages placed on hold and not pickup up within 4 hours from being available will void all guarantees.
Our supplies are all new in box. Light bulbs are placed within fixtures if ordered together to ensure no damage occurs to the bulbs during shipping. Some may have a manufactures warranty or guarantee. If you feel something is wrong with the product contact us as well as check on the manufactures box for details.
Shipping on cages and supplies are standard Shipping with an average of 3-5 business day arrival.
If you live in our area and would like to pick up your animal or cage, you may do so. Please contact us to arrange a meeting time.
Should you require specific shipping and delivery needs, please contact us to arrange.
Our standard 7 day health guarantee is all inclusive, if you are not satisfied with the condition of your chameleon please contact us to arrange, a return shipment and reimbursement. Please note that we cannot and will not refund you for the price of return shipping, only the cost of the Chameleon and the initial shipping costs. If you believe there is a health concern we must be notified within 7 days of arrival of the issue to honor your warranty. Our health guarantee does NOT cover accidental deaths or negligence. Photographs of your setup and a detail description of your husbandry is required prior to any refund / replacement should your chameleon pass during this period of time. We retain the right to void any guarantee should we feel the cause of death was out of our control.
If you purchase a complete package, the cages and supplies will be shipped first. We require photos of your setup to insure that it will be adequate for your new addition to the family. Upon seeing photos of your cage setup, we will schedule a delivery date with you. If you cannot provide us with a photo of your cage and setup looks like, we cannot guarantee the Chameleon for the full 21 day guarantee associated with a complete package. In order for the 21 day guarantee to be valid, you must provide us with photographic evidence of your cage and setup and receive our approval on them before we ship your Chameleon(s).
Deposits / Reservations
A deposit is required for all chameleon reservations or holds. We will not hold a chameleon for any reason if a deposit has not been made. This deposit / reservation will go towards the price of the chameleon. The remaining balance will be invoiced approximately two weeks prior to shipping. This balance is due immediately and must be paid in full prior to us shipping the chameleon. If payment can’t be made within 21 days from the invoice date, your reservation becomes null and void and your deposit will be lost.
If for any reason you no longer can purchase the chameleon after we have taken it out of availability, only 50% of your deposit will be refunded. Please contact us directly to discuss cancellation of your reservation. This requirement also applies to chameleons paid in full. Should for any reason you cancel your order prior to shipping we charge a $50 restocking fee which will be automatically removed from your refund.
We require $100 deposits on panthers chameleons and $50 on carpet chameleons. If for some reason these minimum amounts are not able to be paid, we may accept a smaller non refundable deposit in lieu of the full required amount.
We guarantee the sex of baby chameleons. In some species it is very difficult to sex accurately until they become more mature so human error can come into effect. Should the sex of your chameleon not be what was order we will make rectify the situation with a replacement chameleon of the proper sex free of charge.
Product Returns and Refunds

Return policy is for products purchases only. Returns on chameleons are handled on a case by case basis, please contact us direct to discuss chameleon returns.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your product arrives damages. Please contact us immediately and provide us with a detailed description of the damage as well as pictures of the damaged products. We will review the information and if approved, issues a replacement or refund of the product. If approved, return shipping cost on a damaged product will not be the responsibility of the customer and will be covered by us.
